Moondesk is a saas platform that provides: ImagePrompter is an AI assistant from Moondesk that converts user images into clean prompts and supports image-to-image and video prompt generation. Processing runs through Cloudflare Workers AI, and uploads are handled transiently without persistent storage.
Our service is aimed primarily at: AI artists, designers, content creators, and product teams who generate images or video with AI tools.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing https://imageprompter.net and using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to our Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. By using Moondesk, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

ImagePrompter provides AI tools that convert user-supplied images into prompts and related outputs. Processing is performed by Cloudflare Workers AI and uploads are handled transiently without persistent storage.

Service limits:
- Usage limits vary by plan
- Do not upload unlawful or abusive content
6. Payment Terms
Our service is provided on a paid basis. Accepted payment methods are:
- Credit card via Polar (processed by Stripe)
- Other Polar-supported payment methods
Refund policy: Refund requests are handled case by case; eligibility follows the terms shown at checkout and may be limited for already-consumed credits.
7. Intellectual Property
ImagePrompter retains all rights to its proprietary technology except for the usage rights granted under your plan.
Restrictions:
- Prohibited from resale, sublicensing, or distribution beyond the purchased plan
- Prohibited from creating direct competing products using the service
8. Limitation of Liability
Caps & Limits:
- ImagePrompter's liability is capped at the amount paid by the customer.
Exclusions:
- Indirect damages
- Loss of profits
9. Termination
Conditions for termination:
- Violation of these terms of use
- Abuse of the service (including unlawful content)
Consequences: Immediate suspension and potential deletion of access; no refunds for terminated accounts due to breach.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any modifications will take effect upon their publication on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
